Refund policy

At Goose Pond Outfitters, many of our products are made to order. Each item is printed or prepared specifically for your purchase rather than pulled from pre-made inventory.

Because of this, all made-to-order items are final sale, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order products for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Dislike of the color, design, or fit
  • Accidental orders or incorrect selections made at checkout

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.

We do not offer custom color or design changes unless specifically advertised as an available option.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want every customer to receive their order in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goosepond32@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many products are prepared specifically for each order, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. If production has not begun, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not available for made-to-order products unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
